How much do people in the present day seem to dislike the truth! How low we have fallen as humans!!
And I wish the problem ended at simple hatred, envy, and jealousy towards others.
Is this genuinely the human being fashioned in the image and likeness of God?
Why does this world not embrace the poor, the rebels, the righteous, the educated, the striver!
Why do they not love those who love and call for the truth; teach sincerely, and devote their lives from an early age to learning to empower themselves?
Is it because he dreamed one day that he could change the world from his position, from his simplicity, by proclaiming that the truth is supreme?
It is the courage that most of us lack, the indifference that suffocates us and hinders everyone who advocates for the truth and works to transform their society and the people around them. They hear, but they are envious. Envy is the desire that others lose what they possess. They pretend to hear, but because there is no justice in their hearts, they are oblivious. They remember, so they smile, applaud, and to their faces say, “May God bless you and your work,” but they are filled with envy.
For what is inside is not what is outside. They deprive the dreamer of the ability to dream, to change, and to call for love because they do not possess what he possesses. In reality, he possesses nothing, but he loves. And the one who truly loves embraces the sun, plucks it out, and says to it, “Aren’t you the sun? Then why do they claim you are not the sun?”
Why, O man, do you harbour envy and fail to acknowledge the truth and not rejoice in its shining? Even those who are entrusted with it often hide behind various appearances to conceal their actions, intentions, and hidden enmities. Consequently, all that is beautiful is ultimately destroyed.
In his youth, Charlie once envisioned a calling from the God he cherished, believing he could transform, provide, elucidate, and withstand, all through love. From an early age, he grasped his purpose, which led him to work diligently and tirelessly late into the night to influence those around him. Do you know the reason behind this? It was because he loved and comprehended the One who first loved him, Jesus. He traversed jungles and valleys, facing storms, yet always with love.
He made sacrifices, disregarding his fatigue and sleep deprivation. He engaged in study and planning, attentively listening to others and responding to their inquiries.
He endeavoured to enlighten them about the beauty of the truth, which had become so despised for the sake of interests, lust, favouritism, and power.
He was indifferent to the cost he incurred, disregarding the impact on his health, family, personal life, and even his career, which was undoubtedly dismissed on numerous occasions. However, Charlie is the kind of individual who rises above all that is difficult and impossible, and all that others think is useless! But his faith says otherwise!
This is the nature of those who strive for the love of Christ; regardless of the betrayals they face from loved ones, friends, and family, they continue to rise above all these weaknesses.
Whoever has experienced the price of truth and betrayal comprehends my message. For all who love truth and righteousness have been betrayed, how could they not, when their Master was betrayed first! Nevertheless, the righteous will radiate like the sun in the kingdom of their Father (Matt 13:43).
